Good inn with delicious, plain food. Very good. You sit comfortably and the food is very good! At the weekend, the shop is almost always full, which speaks for the quality and the almost unbeatable price / performance ratio. Parking is a bit difficult as there is limited space in the yard and parking is not possible anywhere on the street. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

We were there for the first time and unfortunately for the last time! The inn is so nice, but only the lower area. One is when bottom is full up in a "room" referenced. The room could also be more inviting. You come in and right stacks the dirty dishes (see also photo) as in a canteen. There is a cool atmosphere, inviting looks different .... The "cashier" is also on a table where the dirty dishes piled up ... (does not come across well) To eat: Ordered roast with gravy and salad. That was pretty good too Cordon bleu with spaetzle and sauce (Schnitzel way too dark and too small) Extra fries with garnish (just as dark and salted) Drinks: goods were ok Service: The lady where the room above is responsible / had had either no desire or a very bad day. Rude, stubborn (if you have made a mistake such as taking the sauce from the dining table without asking if you still need it) This is an absolute no-go. Pay: ATTENTION: Here is no EC card payment possible! Neither at the front door notes nor is one made attentive (eg menu) we were then very rude referenced to the next bank in the village with the remark is normal in such a restaurant in rural Langenau. When we left, we addressed the points. It was only said yes and imitation. An impression that it is here what changes, we doubt strongly.
